How Booking Works

Book online
Choose your bay, date and time through Birdie. Keep a card on file.

Get your access code
Your booking provides a unique code for building entry. Don’t share it.

Sign the waiver
Everyone completes the online waiver before entry; a parent or guardian signs for under-18s.

Play
Arrive for your reserved time, keep the swing area clear and finish on time.

Golf Booking FAQ
Everyone needs a completed online waiver before entering.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- A card on file is required for all bookings. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund; later cancellations and no-shows are charged.
- Can members bring guests?
- Up to 3 guests: $15 each per visit for Founders and Standard; $10 each for Early Bird. Members, family and guests all count toward the 4-person bay limit.
- What equipment can I use?
- Clean golf balls only. No range balls, foam balls or metal spikes. Keep the swing area clear and use equipment as intended. Damage from misuse is charged to the person who booked.
- Can I bring food or drinks?
- Food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. No alcohol, smoking, vaping or tobacco products. Evidence of these means membership is revoked or non-members lose booking privileges.
- What are the age requirements?
- Primary members must be 16 or older. A parent or guardian signs the membership agreement for members under 18. Anyone under 16 must be with an adult at all times.
